Lack Of Jobs In Kashmir

Kashmir is one of the beautiful valley along with beautiful people but today we are here to talk about unemployment in Kashmir. Kashmir facing very big problem of unemployment and this unemployment affected number of young people. Due to this lack of job opportunities young people mind diverted to another way. Number of people graduated , post graduated every year, phd holders are in numbers, along with this professional and non professional young people graduated and are sit at home for waiting when jkssb publish a recruitment drive and we will apply for one of the post. This recruitment also takes years to appoint and backend takes more place of young youths. The valley of Kashmir is very well known all around the world about its natural beauty but Kashmir lack of job opportunities stress young minds. After completing graduation, post graduation, professional courses etc, and struggle for find jobs according to educational qualification and skills. But due to this job search here and there young find a way that is of frustration.
Kashmir is mostly depend on agriculture, horticulture , tourism and small scale trade business. Due to seasonal changes this economy also decrease and other opportunities of job also decrease. Tourism is a very big business sector this also very much effected by number of activities and also creates problem for Kashmir economy sector. Kashmir people are mostly depend on this tourism sector. The people of Kashmir directly with tourism in one way or the other way just like i will write here; if talk here some people run restaurants, hotels, handicrafts runners, tea makers, horse riders, taxi owners, shopkeepers, trekkers and others as all people know. Horticulture & Agriculture is also the backbone of Kashmir economy but this also effected from a decade. We are very keen to be waiting for harvesting but mostly we people get wages lesser than expenditure. How we people survive if going to minus way not on positive ways. All time government jobs are limited and competition is very high due to apply of in thousands.
Now from other side if we talk about private sector of Kashmir, this also not fully well. Here in Kashmir only low industrial companies and other types of manufacturing units work on low level. These little bit cum small scale manufacturing units not create more job opportunities for unemployed youths. If here in Kashmir, more advance industries who can create and acomodate thousands of job opportunities for youths of Kashmir, but still in Kashmir from several decades no big type industry is in Kashmir. Kashmir youth who want to start his own business plant but financial problem stop him. So now some institution who train the youth for business start up and give them financial support, this support also takes number of time to release and some left these scheme at middle track. Some time bank takes number of formalities and somethem youth cant afford and left this another way their. Meanwhile i can say here many ways also restrict the ways of youth to stop and proceed of his desire.
Here in Kashmir number of ways to start business like food processing units, Handicrafts, Information Technology. Youths can take training for start up and run a business smoothly.
The important solution to down this unemployment is to be cooperate government with youths and open training institutes along with financial support in every corner of Kashmir. So that youths will take risk for doing business when government gives them a proper guidelines about to start.
